The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Expansion of brand awareness and market share in Key Accounts (OTC/PU)
  • Building long-term excellent relations with key local influencers
  • Prepare and execute business proposals with financial calculations to develop GROHE business with assigned customers on store level
  • Develop and implement specific promo
  • Execute GROHE display strategy
  • Provide technical trainings and necessary management for dedicated sales agents
  • Monitoring and reporting of sales trends and market situation in CRM
  • Regular analysis of customers and competitors
  • Leadership in accordance with company culture and strategy
  • Reporting to PRO Channel Leader Ukraine

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • University degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG or HVAC Sales in an international environment
  • Sanitary Market experience is welcome
  • Highly Numerate/Strong analytical skills
  • Very good in Sales/Negotiation, knowledge, and execution experience
  • The best Presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills, good team player
  • Able to manage and work on a broad span of tasks
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
