Responsibilities:
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of key DIY clients to ensure profitable growth
- Develop JBP with key clients – mutually agreed and beneficial action plan aimed to reach common goals, built around shopper centric agenda
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Play a leading role in generating new sales initiatives that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Conduct market visits to build relationships and convert new prospects, and strengthen relationships with existing customers – amongst category managers, buyers, marketers and other relevant stakeholders
- Capture success stories in existing accounts and achieve PR coverage/awareness amongst clients and prospects of successful practices
- Identify the ‘power maps’ amongst decision makers and opinion formers within the DIY market
- Translate marketing plan into strong execution plan in the DIY channel and manage its execution
- Provide the support required to prepare and execute marketing activities
- Build sales and relationship management capabilities required to win against our competitors in the CEE region
- Develop – or steal with pride from other parts of GROHE group – best in class category management processes and tools and implement them across the region
