The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers and selling building materials to projects. Having strong experience with investors and construction companies.

Position description:

  • Build and maintaining client relation with all project/investment related players
  • Covering project universe, building business connections with key players, have full understanding of project quotations process.
  • Growing appropriate pipeline and penetrating to increase sales and conversion rate
  • Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply
  • Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department
  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
  • Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored project sales solutions
  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets and weekly report to the management


  • At least 5 years of professional sales experience within the field
  • Results and quality orientation
  • Basic English language skills (written and oral)
