Leader, HR South Europe - Maternity Replacement

About The Role

We are looking for a well-rounded & experienced HR Leader to support South Europe Region, build from 4 Commercial Countries: France, Italy, Spain & Portugal.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role which is critical in executing our HR strategy & mission. Acting as true HR Business Partner for Leaders and managing directly a team of 3 resources based in 3 different Countries.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

  • You will Manage the implementation of Global people Strategy in South Europe
  • You will partner with Leader, South Europe and Country Leaders to anticipate and address business challenges and provide realistic HR solutions aligned with Global and Local People and Business Agenda
  • You will coach and advise management on HR processes including organizational planning, talent acquisition, performance assessment and management, employee development, succession planning, employee relations and culture development/engagement
  • You will support and execute organizational changes and cultural changes
  • You will participate in HR development projects and drive organizational changes in close collaboration with the Lixil parent company.
  • You will supervise HR development in the Markets under your responsibility including all HR processes: Recruitment, career management, skills development, talent management

Your qualifications

  • University Degree in Economics, Social Sciences or Business Administration
  • 3/5 years of experience as HR Business Partner in complex and structured organizations,
  • An experience in HR management roles referred to specific employees' populations is mandatory
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of French, Italian or Spanish is preferred
  • Resilient
