Role objective:

We are looking for a passionate, ambitious  and confident  people leader, who will take ownership for the  development of a project channel sales and lead it to outgrow the market together with the team of 6 Projects Sales Managers and one Salesforce Specialist. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business operation in line with agreed strategic guidelines and objectives
  • Deliver Mission Targets for Project Sales, Margin, Price Increase, APO FC accuracy
  • Drive Project Pipeline on 12 months basis
  • Secure Project conversions of Pipeline to deliver Mission Sales
  • Leading & Developing the Project team and Field Sales team within Project responsibilities
  • Responsible for building relationships and direct contacts with key investors, architects and designers, plumbers, installation companies, general construction companies
  • Set strategies and manage development of all Project Sub-channels: Hospitality, Healthcare, Residential, Commercial in line with LIXIL Strategy
  • Set strategies and manage development Project Endorsers: Architects, Designers, Developers, POD manufacturers
  • Set processes for scanning the market for new Project opportunities
  • Develop relationships with key Grohe distributors’ Project Teams
  • Secure right approval and compliance processes to secure right authorization process to be in line with global and local policies
  • Set people management & pipeline conversion processes, including Sales Force routines, the way of working with people and increasing sales efficiency
  • Develop Grohe portfolio in specifications in line with Grohe strategy

Our preferred candidate:

  • Has at least 5 years of managerial sales/commercial experience, with a successful and proven track record in multinational organization
  • A people leader who is able to take care and develop the small to medium sized team 
  • Able to stand up and lead by example in business matters
  • Capable to identify and resolve challenges raising internally or externally, in regards with customer expectations and commitments
  • Able to build win-win relationships with various stakeholders under the variety of circumstances
  • Confident in understanding the P&L and financial management principles, knows which actions should be put in place to recover and/ or protect gross margin
  • Has a flexible mindset and ready to work in a medium size business company and navigate self and the team in the changing environment 
  • Understands the importance of building trustful and open relationships within the team and externally 
  • Able to maintain and develop strong business relationships
  • Solution-oriented, reasonable decision maker, has creative approach 
  • Humble, open-minded to constructive criticism
  • With high integrity & understanding of compliance
  • Fluent in English (Advanced written and verbal skills in Business English)
