Acting as a Leader, Sales & Business Development for our Business Unit Watersystems in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with will face you with these tasks:
- Proactive engagement of existing and potential customers
- Development and establishment of new customers and channels like e.g. FMCG, electronic-stores and home shopping TV-Channels
- Create and implement development plans for the BU Watersystems in your region in close alignment with leaders
- Close cooperation with product management to agree on evolution-models for different channels and categories
- Identification of new opportunities and markets for different Watersystem-businesses
You should have the following qualifications:
- University degree of Business Administration or comparable
- Minimal 5 years of experience in a relatable position
- Outstanding strategic thinking and analytical skills paired with sales and marketing abilities
- Great business sense and solution orientation and ability to manage complexity
- Capacity to prioritize and to get things done in a fast-paced international environment paired with great communication skills
- Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and capable to lead and influence teams within a matrix organization
- Fluent English is a must paired with strong writing and presentation skills
