In you role as Data Privacy & Governance Coordinator you support the markets in the Region South Europe in executing LIXIL’s Data Protection Management System. In this role you will be reporting to the Leader, Finance South Europe, LIXIL EMENA and in a dotted line to the Leader, Data Privacy, LIXIL EMENA.
Acting as Data Privacy & Governance Coordinator will face you with these tasks:
- You support the South Europe region in the implementation of the data protection management system
- You maintain the data protection software and are responsible for security documentation, data transfers and risk assessments
- You will conduct regular updates of the processing directory with process owners
- You conduct interviews, workshops and training sessions on data protection
- You are the point of contact for all data protection related issues in the South European organization
- You coordinate the timely response to data subject inquiries
- You ensure the regular updating of the risk inventory
- You perform the qualitative and quantitative assessment of business risks
- You monitor and perform the necessary J-Sox process controls
You should have the following qualifications:
- You have a degree in business administration with a focus on law or comparable training
- You already have 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- You have a very good analytical and structured way of working
- You have a very good command of English additional skills in French, Italian &/or Spanish are beneficial
- Further certifications (e.g. as a data protection officer) are desirable
