As a regular support for our team, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) GIVE Program.
GIVE stands for ‘GROHE Installer Vocational Training and Education’ and is our approach to educate students who want to become a plumber. We are collaborating with existing plumber schools and offering them a training environment, examination and graduation.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
- You handle projects on your own, especially within our focus region Northwest Africa
- You define the structure to include all GIVE participants into our loyalty program GROHE +
- You are responsible for capturing all of our student data in the Salesforce CRM system
- You provide back-office support for the whole GIVE Program
- You update our GIVE guidebook and sharepoint folder with relevant information
- You are responsible for the tracking and reporting of our GIVE Program KPIs
- You help managing the GIVE Program truck tour, dates and venues
- You create Ariba requests and update presentations
You should have the following qualifications:
- Enrolled student in business administration or a similar subject
- Very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You bring creativity & commitment to work
- You are able to travel to some EMENA destinations
- Ideally, you have initial experience in dealing with SAP and/or Salesforce CRM
- You have a high proficiency in speaking French and English
- You are capable of working independently and enjoy teamwork
