Main role/ Responsibilities:
- Management of the LIXIL EMENA treasury team
- Analysis and management of financial risks for the region EMEA
- Providing treasury specific support to subsidiaries within the region
- Steering of treasury projects and providing support within cross-functional projects & global integration projects
- Steering the cash management for Grohe Subgroup
- Monitoring of syndicated and bilateral financing agreements and related bank reporting
- Relationship management with external stakeholders such as banks and credit insurances
- Ensuring treasury compliance with regulatory and legal requirements (e.g. EMIR)
- Further development of the treasury system infrastructure
Job Requirements:
- Master / Bachelor degree in business administration or related field
- Min 7 years of corporate treasury experience
- Broad treasury management experience within an organization with international operations
- Demonstrated leadership ability and highly developed interpersonal skills
- Strong communicator in English and German
- Strong analytical skills and structured work approach
- Performance driven, embracing challenges with determination and perseverance
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP FI
