Your tasks & responsibilities:

  • You will be instrumental in developing the EMENA service strategy and “ready to implement” service concepts 
  • You lead and support cross functional globally strategic relevant projects that help grow LIXIL EMENA Service business for future
  • You actively develop innovative concepts and projects for service sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer retention
  • You collect insights and requirements of LIXIL EMENA regions and other fields of business and derive strategic relevant improvement measures on regular base
  • You foster an interactive best practice transfer among the LIXIL EMENA regions
  • You lead a small team of experts and work in close cooperation with the other service functions such as Service operations, Commercial services & Training
  • You are part of the LIXIL EMENA Service Leadership Team

You should have the following qualifications:

  • You have a master’s degree in business administration, sales management, industrial Engineering or similar course of study
  • You have work experience in Customer Service Management of at least 5 years
  • You are experienced in matrix organization and work in an international environment
  • You bring strong conceptual and analytical skills combined with a strategic mindset
  • You have very good social and communication skills
  • You have a high degree of initiative and independence
  • You are business fluent in English
