Websites Project Owner

Reporting to the Head of Websites, your primary function is to support the Websites team and the overall Digital Marketing activities and develop, implement, track and optimize our online activation campaigns.

Working together with Category Management, Brand, Channel Marketing, IT and external support agencies you will plan and manage web developments, content sourcing and updates, testing, QA and global rollouts.

You will ensure that all GROHE websites will deliver a meaningful, impactful and engaging experience to B2C and B2B target groups and you will have an active role in transforming GROHE in the best in class digital brand.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Evaluating customer experience and optimizing conversion points and user funnels, in line with Websites KPIs
  • Planning, execution and measuring Websites experiments and conversion tests
  • Performing A/B tests and tracking as well as reporting of efficacy of marketing campaigns (Websites performance)
  • Analyzing analytics data to learn how users interact with your site and collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date content across all GROHE Websites
  • Supporting GROHE CMS platform maintenance and roadmap, working with developers and editors to ensure it is meeting the needs of all stakeholders
  • Creating efficiencies around processes, digital delivery, quality assurance and Websites content management
  • Conducting content audits to identify gaps and redundancies in the site content
  • Creating and implementing content schedules for people to produce or update content
  • Developing Web content policies and content maintenance and Q&A workflows
  • Creating efficiencies around processes, digital delivery, quality assurance and Websites content management
  • Translating business and marketing requests into web concepts and then into project requirements
  • Planning, project managing and delivering new Website developments and rollouts, supporting key commercial and brand activities
  • Working and managing internal stakeholders and external service providers to deliver on time, quality and budget

Your profile:

  • Bachelor ́s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent
  • 5 years of related work experience
  • Digital native and proven work experience in Digital Marketing, with a grasp of web, social, SEO/SEM, Content Mkt and E-mail Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Web CMS, First Spirit CMS editor experience is a plus
  • Experience with web and software development in general
  • Analytical skills and data-driven thinking with demonstrable practice and knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Fluent English level (written and spoken) is required
  • Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
