Internal Student Consultant - Commercial Sales Operations at LIXIL

Are you ready to take on an international role where it is all about increasing salesforce efficiency by partnering with but also challenging the sales leaders of our markets to always strive to utilize their resources in the best way.

Sales Operation is at the center of all things related to sales, it is our mission to help all of our markets increase the efficiency of their salesforce. Our primary area of attention is salesforce.com (CRM system) we use this to run our internal three annual sales cycles with their associated KPIs. Data is at the heart of what we do, and it is our responsibility to ensure that markets utilize their data to make the right decisions when planning how to allocate resources.

As a student in the position we expect you to be able to act as a trusted business partner to the markets to ensure they set correct KPIs for their sales performance. You will be expected to provide consultancy to markets on how to best utilize their data. Be a sparing partner for leaders of sales across many different countries and cultures.

We are currently looking for a colleague for our team to support on these areas:

SalesForce CRM: Data management

  • Support EMENA markets with:
    o    Rating of customers in SalesForce CRM.
    o    Secure correct sales rep to each customer in SalesForce CRM.
  • General Master Data quality check and update.
  • Produce EASY ONEPAGER manuals for sales reps on use of Salesforce CRM
  • Creating ad hoc reports on Salesforce CRM and Excel. Ex: Tracking Product distribution coverage and various visit efficiency metrics.

SalesForce CRM: KPI controlling 

  • Sales cycles preparation including partnering with markets to develop the most impact full KPIs for any given sales cycle and challenge ambition levels.
  • Ongoing maintenance of running sales cycles. 
  • Weekly KPI Update for market management and Executive management.
  • Optimizing reporting (Salesforce.com lightning, Excel & Tableau).
  • SalesForce Sales Cycle KPI Dashboards development and maintenance.
  • Support the different countries’ KPIs registrations in SalesForce CRM.
  • Feedback on and fact checking on customer prioritization (customer rating).  

These are the basic tasks that must be covered, once these are mastered there will be opportunity to work on projects that have a more operational and strategic focus .

The ideal candidate

  • Must be able to work on Mondays.
  • You are a university student with relevant study area within Business or Economics.
  • You have at least two years left for instance third year bachelor.
  • You take responsibility for your work areas and work independently but also as a part of teams.
  • You are curious and with a desire to learn new things fast.
  • You some experience with Excel and Office in general.
  • You can understand and speak English at a professional level.
  • Additional languages are also an advantage, but not required.
  • Able to come to the Copenhagen office on a regular basis.
