Your Responsibilities:
- Perform regular IT audits / compliance reviews as part of the (J)-SOX Self Assessment
- Facilitate the implementation of new or revised (J)-SOX requirements and possible audit scope extensions
- Ongoing reviews to ensure the appropriateness and effectiveness of the internal J-SOX relevant IT control system
- Evaluation of audit results and development of good practice recommendations for effective and efficient remediation solutions
- Coordination and implementation of compensating measures for identified weaknesses and other supporting structures and processes
- Regular reporting to management on the adequacy and effectiveness of the IT control system
- Ongoing support in the implementation of IT-related projects, process digitization & automation
Job Requirements:
- University Master / Bachelor’s degree of System Engineering, Information Technology, or other relevant discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT Audit area
- Experience in consulting with a multicultural background, especially regarding Japanese culture
- Excellent communication and organization skills as well as the ability to work in a team
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic and global environment
- Up to 15 % travel
- Fluent in German and English
