Purpose:
Development and operation for the global SAP Master Data Governance System at LIXIL. Act as part of the developer team with focus on SAP GMDG.
Main Role / Responsibilities:
- Act as a link between the SAP team and the departments and are the contact person for SAP MDG developing (Material Master, Business Partner).
- Take on responsibility for consulting, analyzing and implementing challenges in the areas of Master Data.
- Support to define processes in the MDG environment in cooperation with the business process owners (BPO) and are responsible for SAP programming and implementation.
- Take over, manage and extend the existing program.
- Develop new programs (SAP ABAP, FIORI, Workflow) in SAP based on new business requirements.
- Implement, maintain and support interfaces to other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Test and create the program documentation for developments.
- Will independently provide application advice and support users in the context of training and/or workshops to optimize existing processes.
- Coordinate and communicate with the team and stakeholders using agile working methodologies.
- Lead external developing team and coordinate tasks between developers.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Master Data Management & Governance (Material, Customer/Vendor, Finance).
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 Years MDG ABAP development experience and Fiori app development.
- Expertise and experience in ABAP OOPs, Webdynpro, BRF+, Badi implementation, Workflow coding, UI, setting up data models, Interfaces and Services.
- Advantage of knowing BODS (ETL), Derivation Framework, SAP Cross-module process.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Understanding of business processes.
- Capability to propose technical solution.
- Leading skills.
- Experience in international Projects and Scrum team is a plus.
- Good knowledge of English (business level).
