For over a decade, we have successfully recruited several students who have advanced into leading roles within the company, and we are now offering the same opportunity for a new student.

You will be part of an international project team working on strategic sales towards the construction industry. Our task is to gain preferred status with key customers within the main project segments: commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and maritime buildings. You will start working in an assisting administrative role as a direct report to the Nordic & Baltic Leader for Projects. This will enable you to gain valuable insights into how the company functions and, over time, progress into more challenging tasks and responsibilities that will further your development.

In alignment with the Nordic & Baltic Project leader, you will be in direct contact with a team of local Project Managers in the country markets to evaluate and structure business leads that will result in the creation of future revenue streams.

The job is part-time, approximately 2.5 days a week with a lot of flexibility to balance between your studies and your tasks.

Compensation: hourly wage and by agreement.

The task for the Project student is to support the in daily tasks such as:

  • Screening and evaluating leads from the Byggfakta portal.
  • Aligning the plan, action, and follow up with relevant parties to convert leads into real business opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Updating and keeping track of the KPI sales performance and proactively ensuring the outlined goals are met.
  • Keeping track of the existing leads funnel and ensuring the quality of the project pipeline.
  • Being a driving force in the monthly project meetings/reviewing Salesforce data quality.
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations related to business cases, internal reviews, etc.
  • Assisting in the preparation of presentation materials for customer meetings and project tenders.
  • Various other ad hoc tasks.

About you:

  • You are studying at CBS at the Bachelor or Master level.
  • You have 1-2 years left before completing your studies and want to start a meaningful and rewarding full-time job when finished.
  • We expect you to take personal responsibility, be detail-oriented, and have a systematic and analytical approach to your work, enabling you to handle multiple tasks at once, come up with creative solutions, and deliver what is agreed on time.
  • You work efficiently and independently within your area of responsibility. At the same time, you are a service-minded team member who can handle different types of personalities and make an extra effort to contribute to the department's common goals.
  • You should speak a Scandinavian language fluently and be proficient in English.
