Your tasks:
- Manage industrialization of new products according to Stage/Gate process, ensuring compliance with product specifications, implementation deadlines, quality and availability requirements;
- Coordinate changes to existing products by Engineering Change Notification (ECN) process;
- Identify and implement cost improvement opportunities to generate cost savings;
- Ensure the availability and maintenance of all technical data and documentation related to products and the respective manufacturing processes;
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes.
Your profile:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering: Industrial Management, Mechanical, Materials;
- Experience: 2-3 years in similar roles;
- Experience with Project Management (Stage Gate Process);
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP system;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
- MS Office skills;
- Experience with FMEA;
- Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
