As a Launch Planner you will ensure the integration of new products into our End-to-End supply chain and monitor the achievement of project goals. You willingly take on challenges presented by obstacles on the path to project objectives. Analyzing large data using Microsoft Office tools poses no difficulties for you. Your tasks:

  • Conceptualization and implementation of new Supply Chain Management (SCM) networks in the context of product launches (with special challenges)
  • Recognizing the need for action, initiating corrective measures, and escalation management.
  • Initiating measures to ensure availability by the launch date in our End-to-End supply chains, considering and avoiding potential supply risks
  • Preparation and decision support for the Supply Chain Management leadership in the Stage Gate process, e.g. through presentations for the board
  • Collaboration in international project teams for product launches with a focus on Supply Chain Management processes
  • Supporting the project leader through ad-hoc analyses, evaluations, availability analyses, and risk assessments
  • Definition of Supply Chain-relevant parameters and data input in the SAP system


Our requirements:

  • Completed university degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with 1-3 years of professional experience in the field of Supply Chain, Materials Management, or Production Planning
  • Initial experience in international project work and practical implementation of Supply Chain networks
  • Experienced in escalation management
  • Independent work style, communication skills, assertiveness, and analytical thinking
  • Very good SAP/R3 MM and APO knowledge, as well as proficient use of MS Office products.
  • Very good proficiency in English, basic knowledge of German desirable
