As a Launch Planner you will ensure the integration of new products into our End-to-End supply chain and monitor the achievement of project goals. Your tasks:
- Conceptualization and implementation of new Supply Chain Management (SCM) networks in the context of product launches (with special challenges)
- Recognizing the need for action, initiating corrective measures, and escalation management.
- Initiating measures to ensure availability by the launch date in our End-to-End supply chains, considering and avoiding potential supply risks
- Preparation and decision support for the Supply Chain Management leadership in the Stage Gate process, e.g. through presentations for the board
- Collaboration in international project teams for product launches with a focus on Supply Chain Management processes
- Supporting the project leader through ad-hoc analyses, evaluations, availability analyses, and risk assessments
- Definition of Supply Chain-relevant parameters and data input in the SAP system
Our requirements:
- Completed university degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with 1-3 years of professional experience in the field of Supply Chain, Materials Management, or Production Planning
- Initial experience in international project work and practical implementation of Supply Chain networks
- Experienced in escalation management
- Independent work style, communication skills, assertiveness, and analytical thinking
- Very good SAP/R3 MM and APO knowledge, as well as proficient use of MS Office products.
- Very good proficiency in English, basic knowledge of German desirable
