Your responsibilities:
- Assisting and facilitating the yearly self-assessment performance, according to J-SOX guidelines
- Assisting and facilitating the set up of an international IT controls framework
- Helping to automate and performing (compensating) controls
- Supporting the IT department in performing (compensating) controls
- Supporting the revision and / or publication of IT related policies and guidelines
- Explore, assess and support the implementation of AI tools to support J-SOX controls and security procedures
- Assisting the J-SOX manager with various project activities (e.g. system migration, tools implementation, etc.)
- Occasional coordination with LIXIL HQ in Japan
Your profile:
- Enrolled at a university with focus on computer science, business informatics or business administration with a minor in IT, with at least 3 semesters successfully completed
- Very good Microsoft Office (Visual Basic for Applications / Excel) and
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) knowledge
- Ideally, knowledge of SAP and SQL
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience in other (not necessarily similar) positions as an intern / working student
- Proven problem solving skills
- A high level of motivation, willingness to take on new challenges, team spirit, commitment and integrity.
- Availability for at least 1 / 1.5 years
