Your responsibilities:
Reporting:
- Support in monthly closure activities (e.g set up Sales reporting, Management Reporting tasks)
- Monthly closure activities to ensure high quality of data & transfer to parent company in time
- Ensure correct data structure for Forecast & Budget (whole P&L), data system transfers and translation from Grohe to Lixil data structure
Subsidiary Controlling:
- Analysis of local financial statement of foreign subsidiaries
- Contact person for auditors („GuV Einzelabschluss“/ financial statement of Grohe AG)
Project Management Controlling:
- Conduct & support in internal cross-departmental Controlling/ Finance projects
- Integrate new data to current Controlling systems
- Drive digital transformation/ automation of Controlling processes & support other departments in adapting to the new environment (incl. automation of data transfers through different IT systems; limited IT programming is also an option)
- Work closely together with internal IT & external consultants
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in economics with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling, business information systems/ IT
- Preferably, you have already gained work experience in above mentioned areas
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with a proactive approach
- Affinity for numbers & IT, a good understanding of financial systems will also be considered
- Knowledge in IBM Planning Analytics (former TM1) is an advantage
- Structured way of working & good time management
- Fluent English skills
