Your responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance the risk management process for the EMENA region, identifying and mitigating strategic risks impacting organizational objectives
- Revise the governance framework to align with LIXIL Corporation's global standards and local regulations, ensuring compliance through the development of strategic policies and controls
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align risk management and governance strategies with business objectives, effectively communicating issues
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of the risk management and governance framework, staying abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices
- Coordinate with Corporate Risk Management (Japan) to support the global strategy
Your profile:
- Completed business studies or comparable studies with a focus on finance or risk management
- Professional experience in the areas of risk assessment, risk management, and controlling, internal auditing, process management, or auditing, ideally
- Knowledge of current regulatory requirements (national and European)
- Experience with quantitative risk assessment methods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment
