Your responsibilities:
You will be involved in the reporting cycles for internal controls and J-SOX and support the Internal Controls Team with the guidance of the team in the following areas:
- Support in the preparation of Internal Control testing material and remediation forms, track status and prepare reminders
- Involved in the identification of annual controls, prepare and send-out testing files and status tracking and the preparation of annual confirmations based on templates
- Support in implementing control changes
- Support in the preparation of training material for workshops
- Support in setting up a data environment by downloading and providing required data from databases, upload and design required forms in Google and set up a Google Environment for Internal Controls and J-SOX
Your profile:
- You are studying economics, finance, IT or a comparable course of study
- You have good knowledge of the common MS Office applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- You have good communication skills in English and German language
- You are characterized by an independent way of working, high flexibility and a strong ability to work in a team
- Preferred qualification: Through internships or working student activities, you have ideally already gained some relevant experience in the area of internal controls
