This role presents a unique opportunity to drive financial performance, analysis, improvement projects and commercial support in one of our biggest markets in Europe where you will be exposed to our entire value chain working as part of an experienced and collaborative finance and Leadership Team.
Main purpose for the position
As our new Finance Business Partner Netherlands, you will play a central and integral role in supporting the Dutch business in achieving ambitious financial results, strengthening financial processes while driving commercial and operational performance. You will report to the Regional Leader of Finance Northern Europe, and be given a large responsibility for supporting and working on key priorities that move the needle within the financial agenda.
Your key responsibilities will be:
· Being part of the local management team of GROHE Netherlands to drive the commercial & financial agenda
· Driving financial performance, transparency, predictability and forecast accuracy
· Providing analytical, finance and business support, supporting the actual reporting, budget and forecasting processes and associated governance processes including business reviews
· Prepare and participate in the preparation of various presentations to top management
· Being a key contributor of driving performance improvements and turnarounds where needed
· Contributing to and leading finance and business improvement projects
· Provide financial control to ensure compliance with company requirements & local legislation
· Promote and support having a strong “team mindset”
Professional Qualifications:
· Demonstrated track record of driving tangible results and business outcomes working with and for senior leaders
· Extensive experience working within the field of financial business partnering, financial analysis, business improvement or similar with demonstrated tangible results
· Strong accounting skills and strong understanding of profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow, including underlying drivers
· Experience in complex financial reporting preferably coupled with strong knowledge of financial systems and processes
· Experience of working in a global matrix organization with many senior stakeholders
· Masters degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
· Fluent in English
