The following exciting, diverse tasks are waiting for you:
- Management of the supply chain for which you are responsible using key business indicators
such as service level, inventory structure, capacity utilization, etc. - Management of planning and ordering processes (plants/suppliers)
- Proactive introduction of counter measures when facing performance discrepancies
- Use and further development of advanced logistics tools
- Data analysis and presentation of results ("Data Specialist")
- Project management of smaller projects
- Development and implementation of new processes ("Design Thinking")
- Preparation and validation of board presentations
Our requirements:
- Degree in business administration, industrial or mechanical engineering
- Professional experience in production planning, materials planning, materials management or logistics
- Experience in international project work and good knowledge of the entire logistics processes of a company operating in an international environment
- Knowledge of SAP/R3 MM and PP
- An independent working style, strong communication skills, analytical thinking and ability to work in a team
- Very good written and spoken English skills, basic knowledge of German desirable
- Willingness to travel for business a couple times a year (mainly to Germany)
