Your tasks:

  • Provide technical advice by phone and email to end consumers, distributors, installers and all types of professionals in the sector;
  • The advice will be pre-sales, during the installation of the products and post-sales;
  • When necessary, coordinate external Technical Services to perform repair or maintenance interventions to customers who need it;
  • Management of the technical documentation of the After Sales Department and the workshop/trainings events;
  • Manage the SAP data entry and support to stock control;
  • Other tasks related to the management and operation of the Technical Assistance Service.

 

Your profile:

  • University degree in Engineering or Superior/Middle Cycle Training;
  • Person with spirit of service, patient, good treatment, tidy, curious, eager to learn and proactive;
  • Experience in customer service and dealing with all types of interlocutors is highly valued;
  • Team work and autonomous work;
  • Proficient in office automation tools;
  • Very valuable medium level of English language.
