Acting as a CRM Manger Salesforve (m/f/d) will face you with these tasks:
- The new team member will work guided by the Head of CRM and Loyalty on the roadmap execution of the GROHE Salesforce ecosystem
- The role owner is responsible for implementing and improving Salesforce processes for our retail execution channel, including cross-functional coordination across all company areas
- Control and steering of the service providers required for implementation as well as the interdisciplinary teams in the project is part of the daily work
- Regular conductions of workshops and training for different target groups as part of requirements recording, training and rollout
- Close collaboration with GROHE IT and GROHE digital teams to view processes across all IT systems
- Analysis and improvement of sales processes to increase efficiency and achieve goals
- Development and implementation of CRM strategies to support the sales team
- Close collaboration with sales, marketing and customer service to ensure holistic CRM usage
- Create dashboards and reports to analyze sales performance and customer data
- Ensuring data quality and carrying out regular data cleansing activities together with the GROHE subsidiaries
- Identification and implementation of new CRM functionalities and automation options
You should have the following qualifications:
- A successfully completed degree in business administration, business informatics or comparable content with a focus on Marketing/CRM/Sales
- Relevant professional experience in CRM including knowledge of working with CRM management tools, ideally Salesforce
- Experience in setting up and expanding a robust data structure and business relevant processes
- You are characterized by an independent way of working, strong communication and organizational skills, as well as an analytical way of thinking and an affinity for numbers
- You are enthusiastic about the latest trends and benchmarks in the areas of CRM tools and have already collected experience in setting up sales processes in a CRM system
- Conceptual and analytical skills as well as a strong hands-on mentality and the ability to understand business needs is key
- You are a motivated and goal-oriented team player with good organization and time management
