Your tasks:
- Plan, coordinate and control the activities of one VSO (Value Stream Organization), in alignment with company targets;
- Manage efficiently the means, teams, production and constraints of the related VSO (Value Stream Organization), in alignment with company targets;
- Lead the multidisciplinary VSO team;
- Keep the Environment, Health and Safety conditions fully controlled and according to company strategy;
- Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and handled, as well as promoting compliance with safety and health standards to minimize the occurrence of accidents at work;
- Collaborate with the Management Team defining and controlling the evolution of the production budget;
- Ensure an excellent understanding with the Department's suppliers (Electroplating, Machining, Planning, Engineering, Maintenance and Procurement) and also with customers (Warehouse and Planning);
- Ensure efficient planning of equipment and human resources related to VSO;
- Lead, participate and dynamize Lean projects.
Your profile:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering: Industrial Management, Mechanical, Materials;
- Experience: 3-5 years in similar roles;
- Knowledge of Lean tools;
- Production management skills;
- Google tools command;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English;
- Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
