Your tasks:
- Coordinate and monitor the progress of Surface results (production and quality);
- Ensure the production control reports;
- Permanent quality control of the Surface process;
- Ensure the implementation and standardization of Lean tools;
- Ensure the proper operation of Surface equipment;
- Monitor, detect and report human resource needs to the head of Surface;
- Support in training new employees;
- Support in the strategic management of people and teams;
- Collaborate with the Manager in monitoring the progress of the monthly production budget;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams - production, quality and maintenance.
Your profile:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering: Industrial Management, Mechanical, Materials or similar;
- Production management skills;
- Experience with SAP (preferred);
- Google tools command;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English;
- Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
