Working Student (m/f/d) Impact, Sustainability & Public Affairs - Europe

As a working student, you will support our Impact Team, with a focus on CSRD/EcoVadis reporting, on sustainability related projects and the running of our internal European Impact Council.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the research and preparation for reports, presentations, and analyses. Dashboard Updates incl. Q&A screening.

  • Supporting project management (e.g. preparing meetings, meeting documentation, creation & adaption of presentations, translations, follow-ups).

  • Supporting the collection and validation of ESG/CSRD data (e.g. energy, emissions, water, supply chain…)

  • Assisting with internal workshops and cross-departmental coordination across markets

  • Clipping and newsletter analysis

Your team:

Four people strong, the Corporate Communications & Impact team sits in the broader Marketing Communications team. Two members of the team are dedicated to Impact and sustainability for our Europe business and will be working with you for this mission. Expect guidance, expertise and knowledge sharing and a chance to make your mark on a large company’s impact disclosures.

Your profile and skills:

  • Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant field, e.g. Sustainability Management, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or similar

  • Strong interest in sustainability, ESG reporting, EU regulation (CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy), and European Public Affairs

  • Analytical and structured working style

  • Good communication with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

  • Able to communicate fluently through writing and presentation in both German and English

  • Reliable, independent, and accurate way of working across multiple projects at once.
