Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that all prioritized key eCommerce partners have the right and updated assortment activated in their online shops with updated content (SEO texts, various product images and videos) and that GROHE’s products are activated through online campaigns to secure sales.

The job requires a close corporation with GROHE’s e-Commerce partners in order to execute the full year marketing plans, follow up with performance analysis and proactively identify new and innovative measures to secure sales and continued growth. Secondly you will be a key stakeholder in building digital and eCommerce competences internally through a helpful, encouraging and strategically supporting consulting dialogue with GROHE’s local account managers.

The position is based in the Nordic & Baltic regional office in Copenhagen and fluency in English as well as in Danish, Norwegian or Swedish is required. This role requires regular traveling within the Nordic & Baltic region, as well as to the headquarter in Germany.


  • Achieve and promote sell out of GROHE products in the eCommerce Channel
  • Managing content requests and content distribution for eCommerce pureplayers, retail online stores, wholesalers etc.
  • Roll out eCommerce tools, platforms and systems to ensure efficient market adaption
  • Create a tracking and performance dashboard to monitor the eCommerce channel performance and development
  • Forecast the online markets development, identifying new trends and partnering up with the winning eCommerce business
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the eCommerce channel across all markets
  • Build up eCommerce and digital competencies in the local markets
  • Ensure the global eCommerce strategy gets executed in the region and local markets
  • Manage and drive key customers in the eCommerce channel.


The core competences for succeeding in this role is a drive for success and a hunger for showing great results. You will get a high level of independency and therefor need to be self-disciplined as well as a proactive.

In addition, the job requires an organized and structured work methodology, as well as an analytical mind-set. Being flexible whilst maintaining a team player-spirit and good communication skills is necessary in order to succeed in the role and achieve the ambitious targets that have been set for the eCommerce channel.


The eCommerce Channel manager & E-Key Account Manager reports to the Head of marketing and will be part of the Digital & eCommerce team, a sub-division of the GROHE Nordic & Baltic marketing department.

Internally, the eCommerce Channel Manager & E-Key Account Manager will work across markets, departments and with several stakeholders within the GROHE organization.
Externally you will be in contact with numerous departments and stakeholders form the various eCommerce and retail partners in the region, as well as other external third parties and stakeholders, all of which are important for getting success in this role.
