Your Responsibilities:

Define and steer the global, multi-year category strategy aligned with GROHE’s corporate and brand agenda

Own portfolio architecture and investment priorities to drive growth, margin, and market leadership

Set the global innovation agenda across materials, finishes, smart solutions, and sustainability platforms

Govern the global product roadmap and lifecycle, ensuring focus, speed, and return on investment

Lead and challenge global NPD decision-making to ensure the right products reach the market

Act as senior product authority and key partner to regional leadership and global functions

Ensure deep market and competitive insight guides all strategic decisions
Your Profile:

15+ years of senior experience in product, category, or general management roles with global scope

Proven success owning complex portfolios and delivering P&L-relevant results
-
Strong strategic judgment, commercial acumen, and ability to engage on technical and design topics

Demonstrated leadership and influence across functions and regions
-
Global mindset; experience working outside Europe is an advantage
