E-commerce Sales Manager (m/f)
For our sales subsidiary Ukraine GROHE AG is looking for a
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Expansion of brand awareness and market share in E-commerce Channel
- Building long-term excellent relations with key E-com Customers (Rozetka, Kranok, Groheshop)
- Prepare and execute business proposals with financial calculations to develop GROHE business in E-com channel (including GROHEShop)
- Develop and implement OMNI channel approach (includin on and off line stores)
- Execute GROHE rich content strategy
- Provide technical trainings and neccessary management for dedicated team and E-com sales staff
- Monitoring and reporting of sales trends and market situation in SAP CRM
- Manage dedicated E-com distributers
- Regular analysis of customers and competitors
- Leadership in accordance with company culture and strategy
- Reporting to General Manager Ukraine
The ideal candidate will possess:
- University degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experiences in E-com Sales in an international environment
- Sanitary Market experience is welcome
- Highly Numerate/Strong analytical skills
- Very good in Sales/Negotiation, knowledge and execution experience
- The best Presentation skills
- Strong communication skills, good team player
- Able to manage and work on a broad span of tasks
- Upper intermediate English level
