For our plant in Hemer, we are looking for a full-time CNC Setup Operator (m/f/d) for CNC Machining Centers to start as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities:
- Setting up and tooling CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, robots, Zippel washing systems, and leak testing systems
- Maintaining production while ensuring quality, delivery costs, and on-time delivery
- Training employees on production machines
- Approving production processes while considering quality, occupational safety, and environmental aspects
- Identifying production disruptions and initiating corrective measures (tool changes, etc.)
- Carrying out preventive maintenance tasks according to maintenance schedules
- Process optimization (process flows, tool and program optimization)
- Active participation within the team
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training in a recognized metalworking profession with at least three years of training (preferably cutting machine operator or toolmaker)
- Experience with CNC machining centers
- Very good German language skills
- Resilience, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work in a multi-shift operation
