In this exciting strategic role at GROHE you shape the future of our international Showroom Channel Business and make it fit for the omnichannel customer who is increasingly making use of digital touchpoints in their customer journey.

Your tasks:

  • As part of the headquarter team you develop and implement the strategy for the international Showroom Channel Business working closely with the regional sales teams
  • You globally develop and improve successful retail sales concepts and KPI measurement systems to ensure transparency and effectiveness of Showroom activities across all regions
  • You are channel partner for the global marketing team and centrally drive marketing activation campaigns in the Showroom Channel both offline and online
  • You identify digital tools and processes that support our showroom partners and customers in the customer journey effectively and prioritize them based on business cases
  • You define and manage the roadmap for the digital showroom ecosystem in alignment with international colleagues and external development partners
  • You are responsible for implementation, local adoption and effectiveness of the tools and processes prioritized by you
  • You are key stakeholder for our salesforce implementation project and define account segmentation and CRM strategy from the Showroom Channel perspective

Your profile:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or comparable
  • Several years of working experience in retail sales management and e-commerce management ideally in a globally operating manufacturing company or strategy consultancy
  • Excellent marketing and data analysis skills and ability to apply these skills to generating business decisions and sales growth
  • High affinity regarding digital technologies and digital transformation
  • Experience in the management and rollout of global software projects
  • Excellent skills in building up and maintaining relationships and networks in a multicultural environment on all hierarchy levels
  • Fluent in English, German desireable and other languages appreciated as well as willingness to travel frequently
